'Beteeweket' Service Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://Beteeweket website (the "Beteeweket Service", "Service") provided by SsK Ent't & Info Services. This Beteeweket Service is a daily subscription service that allow you to learn electrical installation, network installation, marketing and personal development. During the term of your subscription, you can access our educational videos on our website. To access the subscription service, you will have to click ‘SMS to subscribe’ button on the website and send ok to 6809. You will then see a confirmation message, and enjoy 3 day’s free trial. You will only be able toget educational videos while your subscription is active.
This Service is a daily subscription service available to you in exchange for a daily charge. You will be billed on the daily anniversary date of the subscription or of the last successful billing attempt. The price of the subscription service will be the price specified at the time of your purchase: 2 Birr per day. We assume no liability for Service subscription error for the wrong telephone, device or platform. We will not be liable for any errors on billing statements issued to you by your carrier. Your daily subscription to the Service will be automatically renewed. If you do not unsubscribe. you can send stop to 6809, or click 'manage subscription' button in “my profile” page.

Paying through mobile phone number balance is the only payment method in Service

We offer 3 days free trial after you subscribe Beteeweket Service for the first time. If you resume your subscription after unsubscribing service, 3 days free trial is not available again
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply unsubscribe and discontinue using the Service.

The Service, related support libraries, or Content may need to be updated, for example, for bug fixes, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions (collectively, "Updates"). Such Updates may be necessary in order for you to use Service. By agreeing to these Terms and using Service, you agree to receive such Updates automatically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 60 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
